 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable with exceptions as described herein. 

 Ticket Transfer Policy

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee by written request submitted to hello@thehostconnect.com  no later than Feb. 25, 2026. No ticket transfers will be accepted after this date.

 Code of Conduct

The Host Connect is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all participants, both online and in person. 

We expect all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers to treat each other with courtesy and professionalism.

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Organizers reserve the right to remove any individual who violates this code of conduct from the event and associated online forums without refund.

Privacy & Data Use Policy

By registering for this event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for event-related communications and post-event follow-up.

Your contact information will not be shared with sponsors or third parties if you opt - out. 

Sponsors may receive aggregate attendee data (non-personally identifiable) to help evaluate event performance. 

Media & Image Release 

By attending a Host Connect event you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, videotaped, or recorded during the event.

These images and recordings may be used in promotional materials, online channels, and future marketing efforts.

If you prefer not to appear in marketing content, please notify the registration desk upon check-in.

 Event Cancellation or Rescheduling Clause 

The Host Connect  reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond its control.

In the event of cancellation, all paid registration fees will be refunded.

In the event of rescheduling, registered attendees will have the option to transfer their registration to the new date or receive a refund.
